Steps to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to axiviontech@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered college email address and college ID for verification.
- Our team will confirm your request and delete your account and associated data within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Personal details (name, phone number, college email, college ID)
- User profile and login credentials
- Marketplace activity (product listings, wishlist, and order history)
- Uploaded product images and related user-generated content
What Data May Be Retained
- Transaction and payment records, where legally required for tax or compliance purposes
- Data needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
- Logs retained for system security and integrity
Retention Period: Any retained data will only be kept as long as required by applicable law (typically up to 180 days for transaction/legal logs) and will then be securely deleted.
