Steps to Request Account Deletion

• Send an email to axiviontech@gmail.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Include your registered college email address and college ID for verification.
• Our team will confirm your request and delete your account and associated data within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Personal details (name, phone number, college email, college ID)
• User profile and login credentials
• Marketplace activity (product listings, wishlist, and order history)
• Uploaded product images and related user-generated content

What Data May Be Retained

• Transaction and payment records, where legally required for tax or compliance purposes
• Data needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
• Logs retained for system security and integrity

Retention Period: Any retained data will only be kept as long as required by applicable law (typically up to 180 days for transaction/legal logs) and will then be securely deleted.
